Becoming the Ancestor the future needs

Nepal | A Journey of Legacy, Connection and Courage

There comes a time in many lives when the questions become more important than the answers.

Not questions about career, success or achievement.

Deeper questions like:

  • What am I here to care for?

  • How do I strengthen the world around me?

  • What am I leaving behind?

  • What kind of ancestor do I want to be?

The 5 Beyonds is an immersive journey through Nepal for thoughtful humans who feel called to live with greater meaning, contribution and connection.

This is not a leadership program, a personal development seminar, and it’s definitely not a luxury holiday.

It is an invitation to step beyond the familiar and explore what it means to live well in a world that desperately needs people willing to care deeply, think broadly and act courageously. To bring real impact.

A journey through Nepal

Before we enter the mountains, we begin with people.

We will spend time living with a Nepali family, sharing meals, stories and daily life. Not as tourists, but as welcomed guests.

This experience invites us beyond observation and into relationship, reminding us that wisdom is found beyond books, workshops and experts.

Sometimes it’s found around a family table, in the way another culture understands community, generosity and belonging, and often in the simplest moments.

From there, we journey into the Himalayas.

Walking ancient paths between villages and tea houses, creating space for reflection, conversation and perspective.

The mountains become both teacher and mirror.

The 5 Beyonds

Beyond Self - From Ego to Stewardship

Beyond Separation - From Me to We

Beyond Today - From Achievement to Legacy

Beyond the Surface - From Transaction to Transformation

Beyond the Known - From Certainty to Courage

Is this journey for you?

This journey may be for you if:

  • You often find yourself reflecting on the impact you’re having on the world around you.

  • You believe success is about more than achievement, status or financial gain.

  • You care deeply about people, communities, future generations, animals and the natural world.

  • You are prepared to be uncomfortable and approach unfamiliar situations with respect, humility and openness.

  • You are curious about the impact you’re creating through your choices, actions and relationships.

  • You value connection, humility, stewardship and personal responsibility.

  • You are willing to explore difficult questions and sit with uncertainty.

  • You feel called to contribute to something larger than yourself.

  • You are seeking perspective, reflection, conversation, silence and growth.

  • You are prepared to contribute to the experience of others as much as your own.

This journey may not be for you (and that’s OK)

This journey is unlikely to be a good fit if:

  • You are looking for a traditional leadership program.

  • You do not have a reasonable level of fitness.

  • You want a holiday with minimal reflection or personal exploration.

  • You are unwilling to consider perspectives different to your own.

  • You prefer quick answers over thoughtful questions.

  • You are seeking networking opportunities or professional status.

  • You believe meaningful change is someone else’s responsibility.

  • You are uncomfortable with honest self-reflection, personal accountability, or examining your impact on others.

  • You expect certainty, predictability and tightly controlled outcomes.

  • You view travel as consumption rather than connection.

  • You are looking for quick fixes, life hacks or guaranteed outcomes.

The Invitation

The world does not need more ‘successful’ people, it needs:

💜 More people willing to care.

💜 More people willing to connect.

💜 More people willing to think beyond themselves.

💜 More people willing to act with courage on behalf of future generations.

If you feel that pull, perhaps this journey through Nepal is for you, as we explore one simple question:

What kind of ancestor will you be?
