I inspire deep thought into how our lives would be different and more meaningful if we took the path with our heart stamped on it, rather than settle for a life we believe we’re expected to live. That is merely surviving (or dying a slow death!).
But be warned! - This will be delivered in a brutally honest kick-ass way that most say ‘only Kerryn can’.

What’s your jigsaw piece?
Almost 40 years ago I was aimlessly wandering around the small beach town of Haleiwa on the island of Oahu in Hawai’i. I stumbled into a small gift shop and was drawn to a wallet sized card that carried the words ‘I am only one, yet still I am one’. Those words have never left me. It was in that moment, I realised that no matter how small or helpless we feel, every single one of us has the capacity and ability to make a difference. Each of us has our our jigsaw piece that is truly unique and exceptionally valuable. What’s yours and what are you doing with it?
Designing a life of impact and meaning
For years I lived the self-focused rockstar life, until the fateful day my younger sister was diagnosed with cancer. Sadly, she lost her battle, which made me believe I was a failure for not being able to save her. This catapulted me into a journey of searching for meaning, eventually leading me to discover the pearls of altruism. After 11 years of frustration and pain, I finally realised that the answers lie within and that I had the power to slam my own stake in the ground and build my life on my terms with the clear focus of impact.
Since then I have:
• Written 2 books
• Founded a global Not For Profit
• Created a women’s empowerment initiative
• Launched a podcast
• Spoken and trained around the world
• Supported the activation of multiple climate action projects globally
• Mentored startups, leaders and environmental activists
• Grown a thriving facilitation business
• Developed a Kindness Program for Primary Schools
None of this has happened without courageous action and pushing through self-doubt, fear and imposter syndrome, which I still struggle with to this day. I share real stories of success, failure and learnings, and take the hands of the audience as together we re-live the adventures of the many highs and lows.
Keynotes are always colourful and raw, and include humour, vulnerability, humility and passion, as well as inspiring listeners to believe that anything is possible and that NOW is a great time to start.
