WHY SHOULD ORGANISATIONS GET INVOLVED?

Because organisations are experiencing the highest rates ever of burnout, workplace stress, over-work and resignations, plus many other issues that are having a devastating effect on the bottom line.

This also includes the surge of people leaving their jobs simply because of their manager.

Many people are being catapulted into leadership positions to fill gaps but they don’t feel they have adequate skills, training, or understanding of how to get the best out of the people they lead. They are suddenly faced with unfamiliar tasks, as well as trying to juggle imposter syndrome and often leading staff who were very recently their peers.

There are also many leaders who were appointed during Covid and have not had the opportunity to build effective relationships with their teams, some only recently meeting in person for the first time ever.

Finally, some people have been in leadership positions for some time but have still not mastered the art of building effective relationships with the people they lead.

All good managers and leaders understand that people are the greatest organisational asset, and leaders need to feel skilled enough to bring out the best in their people, both as a team and as individuals. Everybody wants to feel seen, heard and valued, and without this, the great resignation will continue to devastate businesses.
