Christy Nichols - Finding meaning through purposeful travel

Escaping the rat-race, Christy found herself in Nicaragua, deep in the jungle (but still close to the beach), and through this found inner-peace that kickstarted a whole new adventure.

Christy’s professional education expertise has afforded her the opportunity to work all over the world. Since achieving a Masters Degree and Teaching Credentials in Sussex, England, she has delivered educational and leadership initiatives internationally to individuals in the UK, Europe, Cambodia, Thailand, Indonesia, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, South Africa, Canada, the USA, and Australia. After successfully creating and developing EDventure International, an organization combining leadership development, education, and conservation projects overseas, she launched Venture Within. 

Her passion is creating transformational experiences for personal and professional growth through overseas immersion, coaching, and mentoring workshops, and adventurous experiences abroad. She enables and inspires others to live a full and meaningful life.

As Christy’s line up of 2020 Retreats has been paused due to COVID-19, she is working with one on one coaching clients, teaching personal growth and leadership for teenagers online, working on two books and a podcast about Expat Life, and has a youtube channel featuring BED TALKS. 

Her lifestyle is the envy of many, as she still manages to find time for all the things that were important beyond work -  yoga, guitar, pondering life while walking the beach, and stealing the neighbour's 80lb puppy who’s cuddles are second to none!
